General data protection information from SINN Power GmbH

Personal data is collected, processed and used as part of contract processing. The protection of your personal data is important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively in accordance with data protection regulations.

1. Controller

 

SINN Power GmbH, Germeringer Str. 9, 82131 Gauting, is responsible for the processing described in this data protection information within the meaning of Art.

 

2. Type of personal data

 

As part of contract processing, we collect and process the following personal data:

 

  • Master and contact data (surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number)

  • Data for contract processing, such as contract number, contract data, payment data, bank details, place of delivery and delivery time)

 

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

 

We process your personal data for the following purposes >Performance of the contract;

  • implementation of pre-contractual measures;

  • Fulfillment of legal obligations;

  • protection of legitimate interests.

Your personal data is regularly processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 b) GDPR for the fulfillment of a contract or on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR to protect legitimate interests and on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 c) DSGVO to fulfill legal obligations and in individual cases based on Art. 6 Para. 1 c) DSGVO to protect our legitimate interests.

 

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

 

As part of the contract processing, your personal data will be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill the contract. This can be, for example, service providers that we use to process the contract. We have committed any processors on the basis of Art. 28 GDPR.

A transfer of personal data to third countries does not take place.

5. Duration of storage

 

We only store your personal data for as long as this is necessary to fulfill the contract or as long as there are statutory retention periods.

 

 

6.  data subject rights

 

In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to receive information about the data stored about you, including any recipients and the planned storage period. If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification in accordance with Art. 16 DS-GVO. If the legal requirements are met, you can request deletion or restriction of processing and object to processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 DS-GVO). If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law, you have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 (1) GDPR.
