EXCLUSIVE: PV Investment Koblenz

1.09 MWp photovoltaic power & 410 kWh battery storage

At the Kalzip GmbH site in Koblenz, SINN Power has a fully approved and ready-to-build rooftop photovoltaic project. With an installed capacity of 1,086 kWp (875 kW AC) and a 410 kWh (250 kW) battery storage system, an efficient power supply is being implemented directly at the industrial site.

The revenue structure is secured in the long term: A power purchase agreement (PPA) with the site user and the 20-year EEG remuneration for grid feed-in ensure predictable cash flows and reduce dependence on short-term market price fluctuations.

The PV system is divided into seven technically separately measurable inverter units. Each unit represents 1/7 of the total system and constitutes an economically independent acquisition unit. Acquiring a unit entitles the holder to a proportional claim of 1/7 of the revenue from feed-in tariffs and power purchase agreements (PPAs), as well as the obligation to bear 1/7 of the operating costs. Acquiring multiple units is possible – up to and including the complete acquisition of all seven units.

SINN Power will handle the turnkey implementation as well as the ongoing technical and commercial operation of the plant.
