Sie zeigt Wege auf, wie die Wärmeversorgung durch leitungsgebundene Infrastrukturen, erneuerbare Energien, Abwärmenutzung oder Wärmeeinsparungen zukunftsfähig gestaltet werden kann. Wichtig zu wissen: Der Gesetzgeber hat verbindliche Fristen gesetzt. Gemeinden mit mehr als 100.000 Einwohnern müssen ihre Wärmeplanung bis zum 30. Das Ergebnis liefert eine transparente und nachvollziehbare Basis für die Planungspflicht sowie die Festlegung der Zielsetzungen. 2. Bestandsanalyse Wir erfassen und strukturieren alle relevanten Daten zu Wärmebedarf, Erzeugung und Infrastruktur. Dabei werden insbesondere die eingesetzten Energieträger sowie die bestehenden Wärmeerzeugungsanlagen berücksichtigt. Die in Anhang 1 aufgeführten Daten werden gemäß Abschnitt 3 des WPG erhoben. Ziel ist es, eine belastbare Grundlage für die Transformation der kommunalen Wärmeversorgung zu schaffen. 3. Potenzialanalyse Wir analysieren die nutzbaren Potenziale für erneuerbare Energien, Abwärme, Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung sowie Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung der gemeindespezifischen Rahmenbedingungen. Zudem werden die Möglichkeiten zur Reduzierung des Wärmebedarfs in Gebäuden und industriellen Prozessen bewertet. 4. Zielszenario Wir entwickeln verschiedene belastbare Szenarien für eine klimaneutrale Wärmeversorgung bis 2045.
